Hey everyone,
A few weeks back I came across this site called PBase.com and forgot to mention it here. Turns out it’s loaded with 9/11 pics plus some pre-9/11 Twin Towers shots. The cool part is they aren’t just the same images we always see. They’re from different photographers, which means you get fresh angles and perspectives.
I tried reverse image searching some of them and nothing came up as exact matches, which makes me think a lot of these are pretty rare or maybe even unseen. Even though they cover moments we’ve seen in other well-known shots, it’s still exciting to stumble on media like this that hasn’t really circulated.
The site’s kind of clunky to use, but searching terms like “World Trade Center” or “September 11” pulls up a lot. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into rare stuff.
