Hey everyone,
I wanted to share something I’ve come across in my recent digging that might reignite a bit of debate regarding the Guy Rosbrook 9/11 tape.
As many of you know, the widely circulated version of Rosbrook’s footage is around 25 minutes long. It’s been generally accepted in parts of the community that the tape runs continuously without any cuts. However, I’ve come across something that raises a red flag.
While watching a WNBC segment that covered Rosbrook’s footage (aired in connection with the NIST investigation), the anchors specifically mention that the tape runs for about 28 minutes. That caught my attention. A 3-minute difference might not sound huge, but for this kind of documentation — it’s significant.
This brings up some important questions:
- Is there a longer, unedited version of the Rosbrook tape that hasn’t been made public?
- Were 2-3 minutes cut from the version that circulated for pacing or sensitivity reasons?
- Was the WNBC segment merely rounding up or exaggerating the length?
- Could the missing footage contain pre-collapse or aftermath content that was considered too raw or unimportant at the time?
Some of us have long suspected that there were cuts in the tape, despite the popular belief that it’s complete. This discrepancy could be the first solid clue that we haven’t seen the full picture yet.
I’d love to hear if anyone else has noticed this or can confirm whether WNBC or NIST ever released or referenced a full 28-minute version.
