[Partially Found] People at the top of the burning WTC looking for help

Hi there

I once mentioned (either here, or on Reddit), that when I was binge-watching 9/11 content as a young teen back in 2009-2010, I saw a video of someone filming the roof of the burning WTC building from a helicopter perspective and that there were people on the roof looking for help.

Some people even doubted that such footage of the burning roof from helicopter perspective exists, but here you go!

This is the exact same footage I saw more than 15 years ago, and I’d like to find the full version of it (with better quality if possible).

Do you know anything more about this footage?

What you see is smoke and reflection, but not people. I never saw this video before.
