From where is this image?

I found it on this website, as A REAL World Trade Center Jumper - Section 25

But when I click on it, it redirects me to another website but the image is not available. I tried image reverse search, but no results.

It really is strange, I’ve never seen this perspective at all.

Any ideas?

Looks really eerie the color scheme of the photo despite the attacks occurring in morning daylight. It looks like the sorta of low quality POV expected of lolsuperman.
